During a press conference today, Gov. Burgum just announced that "Personal Care" workers and businesses must halt operation until further notice.
There are approx. 8,500 personal care workers/facilities in the state of North Dakota.
Such businesses include: Tattoo shops, hair, nail and beauty salons, spas and massage parlors.
This order is effective 12AM (3-28-2020).
