On today’s edition of The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon, Jason explains why he believes we’re about to witness the beginning of the Caitlin Clark Middle Finger Tour as she’s off to a hot start coming back from her injury and also just obvious improvements in her 3 point shooting.
Jason Smith: “I'll tell you what do you want to talk about the difference in Caitlin Clark this season, the biggest difference that I have seen, obviously, she's stronger, but the biggest thing that I have seen is that you could say the Caitlin Clark Middle Finger tour that she is going to have this season that she is already out to and you know that she was just dying inside having to miss those two weeks. She said she was ready, ‘I'm ready. I've done everything I need to do to get better this season. I've gotten bigger, getting my threes,’ Everybody in this league that says Ohh Caitlin Clarke is overrated or Caitlin Clark's not the league and there's other players just as good. Yeah, you watch, right? She is gonna make people quit and that's going to be the tour she is on this season for the Fever and the WNBA.”
Mike Harmon: “The thing is, she's so popular and the haters are so vocal that it almost seems like she's as hated as she is popular, which is not even close. I mean, you look at the ratings, you look what people were watching the WNBA. And then when she wasn't playing, people weren't watching as much.”
